Have you seen the 10/22 page at my other site? About 1/3 of the way down I gathered up some small images and links of various 10/22 stocks. Some links go directly to the manufacturers others to places to purchase them. Anyhow maybe it will help.
Ive pre ordered the D70 for the little woman when they first came out. Its been my primary camera since up until I bought the D90. I think it still has a fair amount of value. If that lens has a "G" in the number it is a great lens. The D70 also has a lot of Lens compatibility that the entry level Nikon DSLR's do not. The D70 takes great pictures especially if your willing to work at it a bit, especially with that lens. However Ill toss a few things out there. If you just want to point and shoot you would be better served with a Canon Powershot IS of some sort. They really have these cameras nailed to near perfection for everyday point and shoot situations. Lastly once you buy a Nikon and a lens you will be making a commitment to stick with Nikon because of that lens. I wouldn't go more then a few hundred bucks
