Dude Ive been battling this all night. Its reporting a few lines of code as malicious. Its worse then it appears. This has trickled back to almost all my sites and forums. Ive been seperating the forums from their respective sites. I have actually found nothing wrong on any actual pages which means I have to muck around in the server. Im sure this is SMF related once again as it only affected sites with these forums. This is the 3rd time this year this has happened. I knew this was coming. At my guitar site there have been alot of bogus registrations. I google each and ever new user before approving but I must have let someone bad get in. Im going to re evaluate all this and maybe host it on its own, maybe combine them all. I dunno. Im open to thoughts suggestions. Post them here or email me imschur@gmail.com

after really diving into this is seems that the big issue was in fact the original profile was corrupt. Beyond that the file ownership thing. Todays annoyance: when I got to move open windows they are automatically expanding to full size.
Well that sucked....Ive been in Windows 7 hell since the day it arrived. Its a file permission mess. I couldnt install just about anything. It wouldnt allow me to easily access my external usb and nas. Fortunately there's already registry hacks and fixes that solved many issues. Creating a new user profile solved my software install issues so far. I had 0 issues with the beta on this same pc. Avoid the upgrade purchase option. Buy the full product. I had to install an os to start the upgrade in order to get MS to accept my license. Installing to a new formatted drive will die at the license screen. There are some folks who worked around it but they are presented with the license screen later in the process and are able to edit the registry....weird. FWIW many folks are not having issues but the file permission and access errors seems to be the biggest issue. I disabled UAC just as in Vista
My copy of Windows 7 shipped. I will have it in my grubby little paws tomorrow. Im putting it on a new drive and keeping this one as a ready to roll spare. BTW I will be going with x86 again.
It seems like it rains here all the time. The moss has moss. Im convinced New England should be renamed New Seattle. Ive only gone fishing once. I was supposed to paint my building this summer. That never happened. No shooting in ages. This past week we had snow. Normally we are lucky to see snow before Christmas. I usually wear shorts and T Shirts until Halloween and dont use the heat until November. Well thats all out the window this year. If this rain is an indicator of the snow we will have this winter i think Ill need a bigger snow blower.
