Received the correct piston for the FNP 45 Tactical. Finally got to put the two pieces together.

Well with my CMMG after sighting it in I have never sat down and tried for groups but at 50 yards standing Im deadly on clay pigeons and pieces of them as well as small stones. I couldnt do that with my conversion unit. For me I would say it's about the same experience as a good 10/22.

me too, I would love to have for easter weekend

Well it is rated for 7.62x51 but I bought it for subsonic 300 Blackout loads. From what I read most suppressors benefit from a little liquid, especially on the fist shot. I dont have a 7.62x51 weapon that can have a threaded muzzle. Should I aquire a preban AR-10 or a bolt action .308 I will get a suitable suppressor. AAC has one for 300 Win mag. I have plans for that caliber so that might be a better and pricier option.

I dont think these states care. Maybe Bloomberg will cut a big check to all the individuals involved. He certainly has the money. Keep in mind Remington is part of the Freedom Group and they have been pulling most of their brands production to NY. NY should embrace the growth thats shuttering other towns in states by the moves. Look what happened here in CT. We were home to almost every domestic gun manufacturer and most are gone. Shit Colt remains yet can sell a "Sporter" in this state. Colt is opening a small facility in Florida but they state they have no plan to move. Yeah right.

Well Umarex is an airsoft company. They license the names Colt and HK same as the airsoft models, it's no big deal. Some of the first generation Colt's had issues that were corrected. Internet being what it is folks just regurgitate this stuff over and over. Umarex, ATI, ISSC, S&W brought .22's to the market that look cosmetically similar to their centerfire counterparts with construction that made them affordable and priced competively with other .22's If Colt and HK made .22's very few people would pay the asking price. If somebody wants a .22 from actual AR-15 parts you got to dig a lot deeper in the wallet and look at CMMG, Spikes, Armalite etc. These weapons are priced similarly to low end AR-15's at $700 and up. Internet commando's bash Colt anything. It comes with the territory. Get what pleases you.

no modification or magwell inserts thats why I chose the proprietary magazines. I will only be using AE 230 grain ball ammo if it functions properly. Fedex dropped off my .45acp Olympic Arms Upper. I was pretty surprised that given the state of the gun industry I took delivery in less than a month. I am quite shocked at how light the upper is with that big .45acp bore. I chose the proprietary OA 18 round capacity magazine option as to not alter the lower reciever. The setup is pretty unique and I will try to get some pictures by next weekend. I have a YHM .45 QD Wraith Sound Suppressor on order to mate up with it but I doubt I will see it in 2012.
