If all goes as planned I will get voted in to the Guilford Sportsmans Association on January 12. They are probably the most expensive gun club to join in CT but they have a lot of appeal to me. First off they have a 200 yard range which is very rare here in CT. They have a 24hr indoor rimfire range, hunting and fishing on their 350 or so acres. I also see a club with a lot of potentail. Im pretty excited.

Trend Micro has a database of sites it feels are dangerous. They pick on this site because through a special file on my server I dont let them crawl yjis site. Instead they are redeirected back to Google. Aside from blocking Trend Micro users other applications use the database. This hurts our reputation. If anybody here is a registered Trend Micro user can you please go here http://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/index.php and reclassify the site as safe and change the category to weapons. You will need to enter your serial number. They also allow for non register users but Im not sure how much weight that holds. But non registered users can try too. Thanks

I think FB would notify you of an action and the page would say something

The police came and busted our chops one thanksgiving. We were shooting a Ruger Single Six .22.

asmurff can you shoot a pellet rifle where you live? I found in my youth that a decent pellet pistol and rifle and a place to shoot at home improved my range results. Hell I shot .22 pistol in a trap in my basement. I think Microgunner has a bullet trap next to the plasma tv in the living room ;D

For me it will open up places to shoot without bothering the neighbors. Very often here in my area even when legal to shoot on private property neighbors are calling the cops after the first shot. It gets old.

You have no idea how much I chuckle when you post about guns on GL.org. You swapped F holes for bullet holes :thumb: I have been trying to tell George he should get in to gun parts

Tal you can get a great .22 suppressor including the tax stamp for less than $600 I paid $399 for my silencerco sparrow. The tax stamp is $200

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) is encouraging all sportsmen, gun owners and firearms enthusiasts to contact their representative and urge him/her to support H.R. 822 — legislation that would help protect the rights of law-abiding gun owners and enable millions of concealed carry permit holders to exercise their right to self-defense while traveling outside their home states. Over the past 25 years, many states have passed concealed carry legislation that made it legal to possess firearms for self-defense. H.R. 822 would mark a major step forward for gun owners’ rights by significantly expanding where those permits are recognized. Currently, there is a patchwork of laws across the country that presents challenges and confusion to those willing to defend themselves and their families. A vote on H.R. 822 is expected in the House of Representatives tomorrow. Please contact your representative in Washington, D.C. today! To send a Capwiz email to your representative, click here.
