C:-) Working people frequently ask retired people what they do to make their days interesting. Well, for example, the other day my wife and I went into town and went into a shop. We were only in there for about 5 minutes. When we came out, there was a cop writing out a parking ticket. We went up to him and said, 'Come on man, how about giving a senior citizen a break?' He ignored us and continued writing the ticket. I called him a parking Nazi. He glared at me and started writing another ticket for having worn tires. So my wife called him a butt-head. He finished the second ticket and put it on the windshield with the first. Then he started writing a third ticket. This went on for about 20 minutes. The more we abused him, the more tickets he wrote. Personally, we didn't care. We came into town by bus and the car had an Obama bumper sticker. We try to have a little fun each day now that we're retired. It's important at our age. >:D

I don't want a lot just one of each

Not missing anything now, the last thing I needed was large pistol primers and a guy at IDPA sold me enough to get started.

No experience but I found the company website. http://www.izhmash.ru/eng/

I'm just starting, I have a Lee Pro 1000 with everything I need for 9mm and .45acp. Getting everything set up and adjusted is a bit of a bear, hopefully I'll actually produce some 9mm today. I started buying all this back in March and up until 2 weeks ago I was always missing a component for each caliber or a part for the reloader. I have only a few large pistol primers for the .45 so I figured I start with the 9mm even though I shoot it least.

>:D It's legal to set fire to liberals?

I saw a bumper sticker the other day said "Miss Bush Yet?" So the senitment is taking hold.

roflmao One of the tricks Sergeant Schultz does is get up on his hind legs and bats at me when I say "Kung Fu".

What is the second one down imschur? I was thinking of something like the Archangel for one and this one for the second one.

After much deliberation, research and ogling I've decided my next rifle will be a 10-22, the basic rifle in either wood or synthetic. Then I'll start modifying it, in fact I might do more than one. May be after the first of the year before I get around to it. First I have a trip to Washington DC next month, during which I'm going to the National Firearm Museum and Christmas which Grandpa must play an important role. Also there is a better than average possibility a certain redhead might leave the 10-22 under the Christmas tree.

Very KEWL! -
I saw the teaser yesterday on the Beretta site and will be interested to see what it is in 4 days.

How often do you have to renew? Ours is 4 years in New Mexico, but I also have a Utah which is 5 years. New Mexico requires you do a range proficiency at 2 years (10 rounds at 5 yards, 15 rounds at 3 yards) which is pretty much a joke unless you are so uncoordinated you shouldn't use a gun.

When it comes to the best of the concealable 1911s the Kimbers ranks high on my list along with the Springfileds. Neither of which i can afford right now.

Beretta .22LR Practice Kit Operators Manual
asmurff replied to imschur's topic in Beretta .22LR Conversions
I went to the Beretta site and they do sell a magazine for this kit, but I couldn't find the kit. -
Well nothing really struck my fancy, but did consider a Hi Power with the wooden holster/stock until I picked it up and it rattled, then when I looked in the barrel it was severely pitted and rusted. Picked up another magazine for my Marlin, and two for my wife's XD .45. I also got a mug for the U.S.S New Mexico submarine which will be comission this coming January.

Off to the gun show at the New Mexico fairgrounds tomorrow morning, if I can get around the Balloon Fiesta traffic. Hopefully I can find some large pistol primers and a couple of more magazines for my Marlin. After that it will be if something strikes my fancy and I think I can get away with it with the boss.

Appears very similar to my Browning Buckmark Camper, I'd never heard of it till here but looks good -
I like you dog. I have a German Shepherd/Sneaky Neighbor mix named Sergeant Schultz. This is an older picture, he now weights 90 pounds and has broadened out some.

 There was a Corona attack here last night  One should not post while drinking beer. Looking at the link you gave it does appear Williams does have a sight, thanks I'll investigate it further.
