I have thought of a solution to my problem as i said the barrel is sleeved and then the front sight sits over the end of the barrel and then there is the fake muzzle so the real muzzle is 1 inch inside the sleeve/fake muzzle, i want to try to take a little off the sleeve and then fit a flash suppressor so it starts at the end of the barrel but iam not sure how to get this done right now as both ends off the sleeve are drilled and marked so it fits in to the body of the AK and the other end is drilled for the front sight, i think it will have better accuracy, the projectile leaves the end of the real muzzle in to a 10mm diameter sleeve by 20 mm long which i think is causing to go off slightly.

iam jealous with my gsg is has a piece that screws in over the barrel and is about 1 inch long(fake muzzle to make it look like real AK) it makes it accurate to about 3 inches, but the more i shoot it the spread gets worse it as the rifle heats up >:(, i cant see a way to remove the fake muzzle as the barrel ends under the front sight but i would like to get better groupings out of it >:(

I don't have a colt but when i first striped down my Ak it was like a cartoon clock there were springs flying all over the place, i now have had replacements springs sent from ATI, but i learned quickly where everything went and how to put the trigger group back together Mr Jones that is some good advise.

They sound good how much are they a can ?

my .22 AK eats federal 550 bulk packs, i have (since i got it repaired) had very few fte's 1 may 2 per box, but on the last visit to the range it had a few failure to fed issues the rounds were jamming in the mouth of the mag half in half out and pointed up towards the breech i have never had that problem before but iam going to the range again tomorrow and ill see what happens :o

I like your thinking TM n MR J all it needs now is a shreading machine to get rid of any evidence :thumb: so TM when are you going to indulge our eyes with some new photos ?

my AK has a firm kick i think your right Mr Jones as i use to fire MK 8 lee enfield .22s and they didn't kick at all. muzzle brakes and flash suppressors are just cosmetic on .22's

we have a couple of angel fish and a cat fish we did have others but the cat fish ate everything as is now huge
