She is a shooter and 2nd Amend. supporter. I think it HI-larious that the Brady Campaign disabled the ratings and comments on that clip. What a bunch of hypocrites.

Maine legalizes switchblades, but only for certain people
Old Salt replied to Madhouse's topic in General Talk
They are legal in Arizona. AZ should be called the "Liberty State" because we can carry concealed without a permit, companies cannot stop you from having a firearm in your vehicle in their parking lots, ...etc. etc. It's what every state should be. -
Latest word from S&W is, release will be sometime in June or July. ??? They just keep pushing it back.

A dealer on another forum called Smith & Wesson yesterday to ask about them, and he was told it would be June or July. ???

Just curious, but will we see a new board added to the S&W section when the new M&P 22 finally comes out? I'm getting anxious for the new M&P 22! >:D

I'm not sure when I bought them, but I going through some of my old gun stuff and just found two 100 round packs of CCI Mini Mags that I paid $3.67 each at Kmart.

I just want to say thanks to the owner of this forum, and to the admin. I have really enjoyed it for the short time that I have been a member, and hope to keep on enjoying it for a much longer time to come. It's a great site and covers just about everything you could ask for in the world of Tactical .22s. Thanks again! :thumb:

My understanding is that they expanded the Remington plant in Mayfield, KY to house the Marlin line.

I'd be up for that! :thumb:

A gal was shopping at the local supermarket where she selected: A half-gallon of 2% milk A carton of eggs A quart of orange juice A head of lettuce A 2 lb. can of coffee A 1 lb. package of bacon As she was unloading her items on the conveyor belt to check out, a drunk standing behind her watched as she placed the items in front of the cashier. While the cashier was ringing up the purchases, the drunk calmly stated, 'You must be single.' She was a bit startled by this proclamation, but she was intrigued by the derelict's intuition, since she indeed had never found Mr. Right. She looked at the six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly unusual about her selections that could have tipped off the drunk to her marital status.. Curiosity getting the better of her, she said, 'Yes you are correct. But how on earth did you know that?' The drunk replied, 'Cause you're ugly.

S&W mp 1522 MOE (811034) vs. S&w mp 1522(811033)
Old Salt replied to Xiotis_504's topic in S&W M&P 15-22 General
Yeppers. I had the choice between the MOE (34) and the 811033, and the Magpul sights, stock, and grip are the only difference. -
I was an Aerographer's Mate 2nd class, (weather-guesser). ;D

Has it been released yet? I heard that S&W was waiting until April. It'll be my next purchase for sure.

Howdy neighbor! Just joined up myself, and I'm from the east Mesa/ Apache Jct. area. Where abouts do you shoot at?

Hello all! I'm another new guy from Mesa/Apache Junction, Arizona that just jointed the ranks of a .22 Tactical shooter after about 12 years of being consumed by Cowboy Action Shooting. I started losing interest in CAS a couple years ago for various reasons, and became interested in Tactical .22s after I picked up my Smith & Wesson MP15-22. I am a US Navy Viet Nam Vet, and ended up with a total of 8 years in the Navy. I have been a Deputy Sheriff for 2 years in northern Alabama, and since then, an aerospace machinist and manufacturing engineer. Great site by the way. It' probably end up being my #1 now, because it is right up my alley.
