Microgunner Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 I just read that the Ct. Dept of Public Safety has been successful in passing mandatory firearms registration with failure to do so resulting in felony charges. Say it ain't so. http://www.cga.ct.gov/2011/TOB/H/2011HB-05800-R00-HB.htm
imschur Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 They can do anything they want with hardly a fight. The democrats run everything now. They have been waiting over a decade for a democratic governor. I fear registration is the tip of the iceberg. Once again trying to convert honest people in to felons rather than addressing crime. This is why I'm loading up on mags and handguns.
bdavison Posted February 14, 2011 Report Posted February 14, 2011 Look at the top of that document, and you will see the first three people that should be voted out of office next election.
asmurff Posted February 14, 2011 Report Posted February 14, 2011 I hope the Second Amendment rights groups are planning legal challenges to this asinine law.
