They said our pollen in the worst it has been in 47 years, my nose and eyes were like fountains for several weeks. Had to turn the A/C on to survive.

Don't know if it works, but just read an article that asserted you should eat locally produced  honey, as it will reduce the allergic reaction to local pollen.  :confused:

I believe this is true I've heard it from more than one source. One of which was my Granny who knew more home/country remedies than anyone I ever met, any I tried always worked.
