CCARRY380
It was a great sunny day. I took my HK 22 out to the range with a box of Winchester 333 22LR's. Within 150 rounds the bolt would not go into the battery position. The fouling build up was really excessive. My HK was clean before the outing. After returning home and cleaning the piece, everything was back to normal. CCi's and Federals are OK but I would stay away from bulk Winchesters. I hope this helps other AR 22 shooters. imschur
yeah we have noticed a trend. Avoid Winchester and Remington. Federal is always a safe bet

Longitude Zero
I always use Federal. But 22LR is a dirty round and even with Federal ammo it will foul eventually if not cleaned.
