Microgunner
Anyone with any experience? The CMMG uppers are all sold out from the wholesalers we use but they have the Chiappas in stock and they're $50 cheaper than the CMMG.My only experience with Chiappa was a bad one, a 1911-22 made by MKS in Ohio (Hi-Point) and it was junk but this upper is built in Italy and I've been told their Italian built products are much better.I'd like to try one. Any feedback? http://store.chiappafirearms.com/products/cartridge-firearms/rifles/m4-conversion-kit/m4-conversion-kit.html
imschur
CMMG might sell you direct at dealer cost. The Chiappa I believe is made by ATI if that means anything
asmurff
I'd be interested in hearing feedback on these also. I also handled one of their 1911 .22 and it just seem like poor quality, so had avoided them. But their Rhino is getting very good reviews, so I'd take a second look at the upper. Microgunner
After some on line reading I've discovered the Chiappa upper conversion is polymer. I think I'll wait for the CMMG.
