asmurff Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 I ordered a new Timney drop for my 10/22, it comes with all the bells and whistles, improved magazine release, auto bolt release and a 2.5 lb trigger. I'm replacing the do it yourself Timney which I installed in the rifle when it was new. Last month during our tactical rim fire match a I had a full auto incident. I've had the trigger group apart several times over the years messing with the originial bolt catch and don't know if I did something to cause it or something broke, needless to say I don't really trust the old one anymore. I'll clean it up, seal it in a bag and save it for the Zombiegeggon. Quote
Microgunner Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 Outstanding! I really like Timney products.Don't mess this one up! ;D Quote
asmurff Posted May 4, 2012 Author Report Posted May 4, 2012 I won't this one has everything and is the complete trigger group including the housing, even I can't screw up the remove and repalce on it. The problem with the old one started with a YouTube video for modifying the bolt catch. Quote
lmao_37 Posted May 5, 2012 Report Posted May 5, 2012 Nice buy :thumb: I have a timney trigger in my mosin I used the excuse that the rifle didn't have a very good safety catch but what a great trigger smooth and clean and crisp break I hope you get plenty use out of it. Quote
imschur Posted May 5, 2012 Report Posted May 5, 2012 You need a drum mag to go with the old trigger Quote
