Microgunner Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 Someone here has deleted the photo download program from this computer, dammit.I'm pretty computer illiterate, can someone tell me how and what to install and from where? Please?
Madhouse Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 Was it software that came with the camera? Or maybe something preloaded on the computer when you bought it?To be honest, almost any camera these days, when you plug it into a laptop with the cord, just shows up in windows explorer like a removable drive and you can pull them off that way.
Microgunner Posted November 30, 2012 Author Report Posted November 30, 2012 Yeah, it used to do that until someone tried to fix a virus and deleted a bunch of programs, including the picture download.Camera we took in on pawn without any software.I'm kinda lost here. The only thing I KNOW how to do is give the damned computer a .357 enema.
imschur Posted December 1, 2012 Report Posted December 1, 2012 of course Madhouse is correct. One thing to note you will still most likely need to resize the pictures as by default they may be to large for emails and forums. What operating system you running? How do you normally access the images, card reader or plug the camera in direct?
