Elessar Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 Has anyone tried to adapt the iron sights on an M4 or other model to enhance the sight picture in low light?I found the HiViz product at Adorama but I don't know if it will work on my M4...http://www.adorama.com/HVAR2008.html
techmike Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 That looks cool - I had Fire Sights on a Ruger 9mm for a long time - really liked them. Have not seen ones for a rifle before.
Microgunner Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 I have no experience with them but they look like they're worth a try.
asmurff Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 I have a HiVis on my Browning Buckmark and it does help me pick up the front sight faster even in road daylight. Don't see why it wouldn't work. Not to bad of a price to take a chance.
