I was pretty good, even if I was the only one who cared for it. My wife and step-daughter are fincky eater, I however will eat most anything. What I really like is elk, venison or buffalo jerky. Have to cook it different than cow steak, sear it real quick on a very hot fire, then cook it slow over a much cooler fire. Outstanding. No, wait, I have had elk.
