Microgunner
It's a run & gun game shot with 3 guns at steel targets at varying distances. A handgun, a rifle & a shotgun. My friend, Threegun, uses a Glock 21C, a Remington 1100 & a Colt HBAR.

Madhouse
3-gun matches and IDPA are the two things I would like to try out. I've heard the 3-gun matches are very difficult physically.

asmurff
International Defensive Pistol Association. Scenario base pistol matches gear to concealed carry pistols, only minimum modifications allowed to guns, no reflex sights or race guns. Very good practice if you carry concealed. The IDPA web site http://www.idpa.com/To give you an idea check out the Postal Match Scenarios link on the right side of the home page. asmurff
I've been trying to get started in the IDPA just for training, but have had something come up almost every month since I went to observe in September to see if it was mild enough exertionwise for me to handle. My gun club has a match a month and several people good enough to compete a state level and up.
