from ATI Well, here it is. In response to the outrage caused by the discontinuation of the GSG-5 resulting from the settlement of the lawsuit between GSG/ATI & H&K, German Sport Guns and American Tactical Imports are happy to announce the new GSG522 series of .22LR firearms. Where H&K got to take their ball and go home, part of the agreement was that with a few changes to the look of the gun, GSG could continue to manufacture and ATI could continue to import a mechanically identical gun with subtle exterior changes to differentiate the gun from the original licensed MP-5 design, now to be made by Umarex. Now, the pictures:

The GSG-522 will be available the following configurations: GSG-522PK Pistol (MP5K style) with 4.25" barrel GSG-522 Pistol with 9" barrel GSG-522 SD Carbine with 16.25" barrel GSG-522 Carbine with 16.25" barrel The carbine models will be available in black, nickel and camo finish. Each model will ship with either a 10 round or 22 round magazine.

More info is is trickling out on the GSG-5 replacement, the GSG-522. The main differences are as follows Textured pistol grip Redesigned selector switch Picatinny rail on top Square "open" front sight rather than the classic H&K ring front sight Integrated sling bracket on trigger guard ATI will offer "upgrade" kits that will allow you to retrofit a GSG-522 to look like the original GSG-5

October 31 the little woman bought a 2007 Toyota 4 Runner. Pressed a button by accident on the keyfob and the truck started. That saved me $400 this week as I was getting her a remote starter for her birthday Thursday.

I should mention that the driver for this question was the purchase of a new feeder called the "Roller Feeder"
-
No personal experience but I had some links saved on it. It seems most folks like them with a few reports of feeding issues. Street price actually was a little higher then the Ruger LCP, perhaps due to demand

I like squirrels. I have actually trained the squirrels to come when I call. I feed them peanuts by hand. Occasionally when Im leaving for work a squirrel will come running out of nowhere, jump up on my truck and stare at me through the windshield. There's also a squirrel that hangs around with and plays with one of my cats. Its hysterical.

This is awesome stuff, keep it coming
