I had heard rumblings on the internet of this as well, but mine has never had an issue. You never know if those internet warriors have properly prepped the gun before shooting, etc.

I just picked up a Savage Model 93 in .17HMR from GunBroker. I've shot my buddy's left-hand 93 a few times and really liked it. I also just ordered a BSA Sweet 17 scope from MidwayUSA and a box of 500 rounds from AmmunitionToGo.com. :sniper:
