If anybody wants this, I will make a great deal to a Tactical22.net member only. :thumb: http://www.spikestactical.com/z/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=26&products_id=176
This one is cool, we actually have 2 ranges, one is close (5 miles) where we have pistol and centerfire ranges. The other is a ways (20 minutes) but has high-power ranges out to 1000 yards. Both hold competitions regularly. It only costs $140 per year.
I try to go every weekend, but maybe make it 75% of the weekends if I'm lucky. Next Saturday I'm taking a Range Safety Officer class, offered free as a perk of being a member at the private range I belong to.
yup :sniper: I went to American Shooting Center, hit the 100 yard range. I zero'd my Savage 110 .30-06, hopefully I'll get a chance to take a deer with it this fall. My 6.8 DPMS AR with a little 5x scope did great too. :thumb:
Black Dog mags are what I run in my ARs when I use the Spike's Tactical conversion bolt - seem to be good equipment. Glad you had some success with the new Puma!! :thumb:
My wife found a failure percentage article on the 3 big game consoles. The xBox had a failure rate of like 17%, PS3 of around 8% and the Wii only around 3%. I sold my xBox 360 to a guy at work and bought a PS3, that 360 failed like a month later.
I use Break Free CLP exclusively, although I have used some WeaponShield CLP a bit as well. I don't use any other chemicals. For the bore, it's a Bore Snake only for me, I have one in every caliber I own.
Dude, you're in Rio Rancho?!? I've been there a dozen times! My sister and her family moved out there about 15 years ago. Next time I'm out we need to get together for a lunch or a beer. Ever been to the Turtle? ;D (Turtle Mountain is the real name, I think)
