Crazy, unsettled weather here also. We're under a "Winter Storm Advisory" which here could mean nothing to a blizzard, rarely are they even close. As long as it isn't causing flooding we can't complain we only get 8-10 inches of moisture a year.
One of my on going projects when the weather or my health keeps me in is scanning all my photographs, the idea being to give a set to each of my kids and a set for us.
I think it definitely could have that effect. Even though my tactical rifle isn't an AR style the fun factor has me questioning my thoughts on purchasing a Garand. Especially because I can reload .223, but not .30-06. Decisions, decisions.
...and why wasn't it determined before they were imported. The BATF really does need to have the bill for reform passed they are the definition of "Cluster @&*$"
Everyone I've talked to has been very positive about the Timney triggers, as accurate as the rifle is now, with a better trigger it will even look like I know what I'm doing.
Mine is a 3 holer ;D I have the plates for both 9mm & .45acp only takes a couple of minutes to switch out those the shell carrier and change the disc in the auto loader. Most of my problems comes with the @#&* primer feeder and seater.
Mine is a Dremel, which is a low end starter one. I've only been at it for less than two years. If I spent more time at it I might be able to justify a better one, but some of them cost as much as a fully tricked out AR style match rifle :o It gets the job done. You can do a lot to control vibration if you mount it with some sort of dampner between the stand and scrollsaw.
