TM I used mine for the first time today, and it works as advertised. I wish I'd had one all those years in the Air Force when the range weenies insisted the rifles be spotlessly clean. I could have save a huge amount of time cleaning the bolt, carrier and firing pin.
Can I get rid of my A2 front sight and replace it with a railed gas block without having to go to free floating hand guards. Right now I have basic Magpul handguards which I like.
Sorry being a rabid history buff I remember this from my reading over the years. The Sepoy Munity in the East India Company army was cause by cartridges for Pattern 1853 Enfield Rifle The grease used on these cartridges included tallow derived from beef; which would be offensive to Hindus, or lard derived from pork; which would be offensive to Muslims. Wikipedia article here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sepoy_Mutiny Not that I have a single problem with shooting muslim extremist with pork bullets >:D
Except the original trigger will cause a trigger finger hernia. First thing to replace. I'll vouch for the Timney, never had a chance to shoot one with the Volquartsen.
