The type I had was beef, minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock and stuffed into a sausage skin. Sound nasty but I've been told the traditional is very good. I'm adventuresome when it comes to food, I tried Bloodwurst in Germany, tava (stew with lamb or goat) in Turkey, balut (pickled fertized duck egg) once in the Philippines, lots of alcohol involved and would never have it again. I always tried the food from countries I was in.

This afternoon we went to the Rio Grande Celtic Festival. Had a great time! One of our stages had a portion where you had the shot 2 targets while moving from one barricade to another, the 12 year old made the rest of us look like stumble bums, he did it fluidly. By the time he is 15 or 16 he'll be kicking our butts.

Most fun I almost have every month. I'm usually in about the middle of the pack in scoring, we have some excellent shooter, and some beginners who'll be hard to beat in a few years.
