Not a tactical but uber cool nonetheless. A 1947 example of Winchester's Mod 75 Target .22lr w/28" bbl., Lyman receiver sight & globe front sight. It's beautiful and most likely hyper accurate (haven't shot it yet). Received it last night as a gift from my brother. Even though you can't see me right now, trust me, I'm drooling. Pictures later.
I bought my son a Charles Daly semi-auto 12ga. Constantly malfunctioned no matter who shot it and with what ever ammo. Couldn't get through a single mag full without a hiccup. Sold it.
DM, I too keep all my firearms in safes, with the exceptions of the one I'm wearing and maybe a couple that I'm fondling, but out of prudence not lawful obligation. It's good to keep firearms out of the hands of criminal offenders.
It's a run & gun game shot with 3 guns at steel targets at varying distances. A handgun, a rifle & a shotgun. My friend, Threegun, uses a Glock 21C, a Remington 1100 & a Colt HBAR.
I shoot the crap outta this stuff. I found it's the same length a .22 long so it wont feed in my .22lr only pump. I shoot into a bullet trap in my living room. The clang of the trap is louder than the report. Scares the hell out of my dogs.
