  1. I get my fish at the store. But only because the fish laugh at me when I go fishing. Can't stand the humiliation. ;D
  2. Yep, them Stingers will mess up a bunny's whole day. They're one of my favorites as well.
  3. In my target rifles the high end stuff is generally more accurate, in some cases much more accurate. And cleaner too.
  4. So Bushnell and Simmons are the same company now?
  5. The horses and chickens do most of the yard work at my house. Do I still need a permit?

Welcome Rob, glad to meet you.
  7. And what did you run into? ;D
  8. Dumb asses put it on backwards.
  9. Mine would remain closed for a short time when I first purchased mine as well but quickly stopped. This is normal. The dust cover is supposed to pop open when the bolt cycles on any AR-15.
  10. They're not intended to stay closed. Something about the dust cover causing the action to malfunction due to the low pressures of the .22lr cartridge. That's why they ground the little notch in the receiver where the dust cover lock latches. A replacement dust cover may not help you. My Colt/Umarex dust cover won't remain closed either. The dust cover is there basically for show, like the forward assist button.
  11. The only good zombie is a dead zombie.
  12. J&G sales claims to have them. http://www.jgsales.com/product_info.php/p/gsg-5-fixed-stock-new/products_id/4580
  13. My absolute hands down favorites are the EOTechs and Acogs. Pricey but worth every dime. Their clones do not live up to the original's standards.
  14. Welcome to the forum Zum. Nice looking GSG you've got rockin there.
  15. Likely poor sales. My Kalashnikov has functioned very well but uses the less than ideal Russian side mount optics system. And the mount isn't even standard sized.
  16. My prescription eyeglasses are titanium framed w/polycarbonate lens so they double as shooting glasses.
  17. The now discontinued GSG Kalashnikov is on sale from CDNN for $279.99.
  18. Being Nighthawk I'd hate to see the price tag. Fine looking unit. I don't shoot the two 1911 .22s I already own though.
  19. Happy to meet you.
  20. I bought it's big brother, the SIG P226 Classic 22 and after lapping the slide it's been a good shooter. My only real complaint is the mismatched colors between the slide and the frame.
  21. They even make holsters for prosthetic legs! What a cool company. Thanks for the link.
  22. What a great idea.
  23. Welcome to the forum. You'll find that the lowly .22 is often used successfully in lawful self defense. Shot placement is paramount.
  24. Welcome to T22 Gazza.
  25. Sorry to hear it but you'll enjoy the Beretta.
