Looking for holster recommendations

So Im in the market for a strong side holster for the P226 and Glock 22.

I have been running Kramer vertical scabbards w FBI Tilt forever but wouldnt mind trying something like a Milt Sparks Summer Special but it looks like delivery is long..Im a lefty so that eliminates some options. I prefer horsehide and cowhide but I would consider something else just to try. Can be OWB or IWB.

I also need a new belt but that's $150 from Kramer so I need an alternative there if a good one exists

I love my Kramers, I just want to check out something new to me.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I've been a big fan of Galco leather for a long time. Just recently tried one of their Matrix belts and love it; good looks, tough as nails and affordable ... plus most important; COMFORTABLE!  :thumb:

I'm a big fan of the Blackhawk serpa's. Especially the way it holds you gun by the trigger guard. I've been upside down (don't ask) and the gun never moved. And... it converts to a leg holster for tactical fun.

I have ordered 3 holsters from FIST. They also do custom work.

One of my requirements for a holster is one I can easily remove without having to undo my belt, and I like them made of leather.

I'm with crash. I just purchased my first Blackhawk Serpa single retention holster and I don't know why I waited so long. It's great if you don't mind Kydex.

I also own a couple Blackhawk leather holsters and find them top notch.

Well as a matter of economics because I needed a belt too. I bought a BlackHawk CQC Serpa Holster and a 5.11 Casual Holster Belt 1-1/2"

It cost me like $90 for both items. Not sure about the belt. If it's not suitable I will get another Kramer double thick horsehide in a few months.

I think the Blackhawk will look good in website Glock pictures too, probably appeal to the younger crowd

I may get on the waiting list next month for a Milt Sparks Summer Special, probably a 1911.

The Fist #22 secret system looks like it may need a revisit from me at some point.
