It does take time with a Dremel to make it work. But once done, its awesome.For some reason, I never liked the feel of the stock grip and I have the MOE on several M4/XM177s and like that consistent purchase with the palm of my hand. You'll need to do pretty much the same thing.All in all, it took about 50 minutes to do end to end.http://hk416d22lr.blogspot.com/p/moe-grip.htmlHope you guys find it useful and get UMAREX to make standard parts for something so simple it shouldn't be this "hard".
