Has anyone heard any rumors of what this gun is?

Couldn't find any solid info. My guess is a firearm that can go from a 2" bbl to a 26" bbl, adequate for hummingbirds to bull elephants, cost under $100. The "MAGIC" gun. Where do I sign?  ;D
