rodent.22 Posted October 11, 2009 Report Posted October 11, 2009 I agree these guns are truly a sickness- ain't it great? If I only had MONEY....
imschur Posted October 11, 2009 Author Report Posted October 11, 2009 I love to tell the story of the box of bullets that cost $650.I walked in for ammo and walked out with a Gold Cup and ammo.
imschur Posted October 11, 2009 Author Report Posted October 11, 2009 of course its only funny to non shooters
asmurff Posted October 11, 2009 Report Posted October 11, 2009 I was explaining to a friend today why he needed more than one 1911Having only one might be some sort of sacrilege. Mininum would be a 5" and a 3" or 3-1/2".Then you need one in .22lr for lots and lots of fun errr I mean practice. One or two in 9mm.Last for s@#ts and grins a 38 Super. Then of course there are SS, chrome, duracoat nickel etc etc etc.
imschur Posted October 11, 2009 Author Report Posted October 11, 2009 I absolutely hit hi with finishes and barrel lengths. I tossed in light weight alloy frames and high capacity for good measure.i have another friend who totaled up the cost of my friendship. All the stuff he wouldnt have bought if he didnt meet me.
