magazines falling out

Hi all,

I notice consistantly that 30 round mags fall out when rifle is being fired.  The 10 round mags seem to stay in the rifle.  Anyone have ideas how to corrent this issue.        Thanks for all your help Mike.

PS: loading the mags with chamber open is doesnt seem to help this issue. :beer:

One visitor who contacted me through the main site had to return his rifle to Umarex for this

Yeah Umarex is fixing this problem with no hassles, call their service line.

I called Umarex and they sent out a new magazine catch the next day.  The service line was great.

I maybe wrong but customer service seems to be improving, I think many companies may have had a wake up call with the depressed economy.
