HAVOC
I live in CT where a stock has to be pinned. If I buy an M&P 15-22, and can't shoulder it properly because the stock is in the incorrect position, can I remove the pin, adjust the stock to where I need it, and then re-pin the stock? Microgunner
I'd say that as long as this adjustment is done immediately and no one sees the stock in it's unpined configuration, then, no harm no foul.Keep in mind that during the few minute that the stock will be adjustable you will be in violation of the letter of the law.Caution and silence would be advised here. HAVOC
I bought a 1/8" roll pin and drilled a hole in the lower part of the stock close to the reciever so yo can't see it from the side like the factory stock.
