Trouble with my washer

So I head down to the basement of my apt building to do laundry. I load up the washer, choose my settings and the washers just stares blankly at me.

Now im pissed  because the chick that was in the machine before me is constantly breaking the machine. Being the building super means I now have to get on the clock and figure this out. Getting madder by the second because the washer was a year old yesterday and I dont have time for this on Christmas Eve.

I start my trouble shooting by banging the controls and pressing all the buttons. I open and close the lid to make sure that the lid switch is functioning. I can hear the faint click. Ok off to the breaker box, breakers fine.

Hmm a bit stumped, I know I came down with quarters and theres none in the slot. Ok Ill add more. I stick four quarters in the change tray and push it in...WOOOT the washer springs to life.

I never did find those quarters.

Tomorrow Im going to leave a note for the tenants about running the dryer with nothing in it. Damn thing ran two cycles empty.

we have trouble with our washer to we went out to buy a new one a few weeks ago and i came back with my rifle my wife wasnt to amuzed with me lol  :grin:

Ever notice how ALL men keep in mind the SERIOUS STUFF ( guns,ammo,accessories)while the women keep nuisance-type articles( washers, dryers,furnaces,etc.)on their minds? :beer: ;D
