asmurff
That is a very neat safe, I really like the ease of getting to everything.

FS2KSTD
Pretty cool safe, although those with many carbines like the FS2000 and PS90 might have some troubles. Those types of rifles are not very "safe-friendly".

asmurff
After seeing that I'm going to paint the interior of mine a gloss white and add a light it is hard to see since it is in a closet.
Dangermouse
I read an article many moons a go, which discussed putting a rope light in your safe. It suggested that you could leave them on all the time to act as a dehumidifier and you had the bonus of the light. No idea about how much it would cost to run though. rodent.22
I run a rope lite in my wifes ceramic figurine display cabinet. It lights up the inside well, it's on all the time, it doesn't heat up and couldn't cost over 25 cents a month to run, and it came from Lowes light bulb area. About 6 bucks and I have an extra one! I never thought about the gun cabinet! Great idea!!!

Dangermouse
Found the original article at http://www.6mmbr.com/gunsafes.htmlA big "how to" article on buying gun safes, well worth 10 minutes if you can afford the time. This is also a very good site for accuracy related articles. .22lr is not catered for though.
