Ballistik Posted January 6, 2014 Report Posted January 6, 2014 We got 15" on the ground and now that the winds are starting we are going to get all the wonderful white stuff blowing in from the lake all night. Should have some great drifts by morning. Its not the snow that bugs me its the sub zero temps we are going to get the next three days. UGH!.

Microgunner Posted January 6, 2014 Report Posted January 6, 2014 Its cold everywhere. It's going to be in the mid 20s tonight way down here in central Florida. It may snow, which doesn't happen often in Florida. Where's Gore and his global warming when you need him?
asmurff Posted January 6, 2014 Report Posted January 6, 2014 Y'all stay warm!!!Nothing like what you in the mid and eastern part of the country got here, but it was 11 here this morning, which is rare.I can't handle the sub-zero temps, I have to stay indoors if it was that cold and shoveling snow is a definite no-no for me.

Now they close schools here on the basis of forecasts- "There might be some snow tomorrow, so we better close." Looks like the worst may be over here, temps are not 15 below anymore. But.... Warm temps and rain this Saturday, so now flooding is predicted.
