:beer: I feel pretty much the same, but I've never dropped an optic on mine. I shoot mostly on steel silhouettes and the iron sights are sufficient for that. Glad you like the rifle! :thumb:

I have both, and nothing against the M&P 15-22, but I prefer shooting the Sig 522. Maybe it's because I treated the 522 to an EOTech and still use the iron sights on the M&P, not sure. I took a buddy to the silhouette range who doesn't really shoot or own guns, and let him shoot both. He was frustrated with the M&P while throrughly enjoyed the 522, and again that might be due to the EOTech, because his hit ratio was way higher with the 522. I think the 522 feels more rugged, the 15-22 is very light being mostly plastic. I think they're both fantastic, but I do prefer shooting the 522. Maybe I'll drop one of my other EOTechs on the 15-22 and see if I still feel the same way. :beer:

Excellent choice! I've never put an optic on my M&P 15-22 because the iron sights have always been so accurate. You're gonna love it.

We've had about 4 straight nights under freezing. On Wednesday we had rolling electricity blackouts throughout the state, forced by ERCOT. :confused:

Nothing against your piece, but I can't bring myself to buy a Kahr strictly due to the company being owned by the son of the Sun Myung Moon. Anyway, enjoy it! :beer:

I have all three that you mentioned, I recommend the Sig, but they're all great. Find a different dealer, no need in giving an ass your hard-earned money. :beer:
