The hardware is pretty much tested and proven. Things like that are largely operator error, it could be that they are letting the equipment get too dirty, or selecting the wrong ammunition for a suppressed application, etc. I've put quite a few rounds through that Five-seveN and SWR Spectre shown above, and not had any issues other than some blow-back material. There is a much higher level of cleaning maintenance needed when shooting suppressed. :beer:

This happened at the apartments right next door to my self defense school, it is a real hell hole. That business owner they interviewed is my chief instructor. :D Things like this happen weekly at those apartments, every night I go there I carry heavy.
