Yup. ;D That's an old smoke plastic AR mag that I removed the spring and follower from and hacked the feed lips off with a dremel.

I'm just depleting the stock I have of them. The GSG eats them well, I think I'll just go rapid fire my last 500 rounds of it and be done. :grin:

I ordered a couple bricks of this stuff from my friend's ammo website and it functions great in my GSG-5, M&P 15-22, 10/22, P-22, 522lr, every 22lr rimfire I have. It's Aguila ammo. :thumb:

micro - these are a blast to shoot! Mine is a 10" upper mated to my registered SBR RRA lower, with an SWR Spectre suppressor. Tons of fun!

Took it out this morning to function test it. I was just plinking at steel silhouettes so I can't speak for accuracy just yet. Stupid Remington Golden Bullet kept FTFing on me. Centurion fed great, Stingers were no problem, Federal Bulk (blue/gray box) sailed along. :thumb:

Rifles can be carried about any which way. It's good to err on the cautious side however, and transport it unloaded, in a case. Of course, a gun rack is the best-looking and most decorative method to tote your long guns! :grin: C:-)

I picked up 2 extra Black Dog mags yesterday when I got the 522lr. I would imagine Black Dog makes the mags for SigSauer, because they're absolutely identical, aside from the SigSauer stamp versus the Black Dog stamp.

I didn't make it to the range today -- too many honey-do's!! :confused:

The rifle looks great! Seems to be a very nice gun, can't wait to get it out. I might get down to the range in the morning and break it in.

I wasn't even in the market for one of these, hadn't really given it much thought. But, while walking the aisles at the gun show today, I saw a with a stack of these for $299 each. That was a price I couldn't pass up, and brought one home with me. :beer: :thumb: :beer:
