Forgot to mention, there should also be a state-level branch of the NRA where you live.

The NRA does have its faults, no doubt, but it is the largest gun lobby organization we have and is largely responsible for many of the freedoms we've either retained or won back. Their membership number also carries some weight with our government. So, my vote is yes, please do. :thumb:

I can't remember if I've asked this before, but are any of you folks in martial arts or other unarmed combat systems? When I lived in Maine I did 6 years at an Okinawan Kempo school and tons of tournament fighting throughout New England. Now that I'm in Texas, I've been at my current school for 13 years, instructing the past 10. We use Tae Kwon Do kata (forms), but our fighting has been called Texas blood-n-guts karate for years. Here I am (far right) standing with all the trophy winners in our intra-school year-end championship tournament from 2005 (I sponsored the trophies).
