I'm a space kid, I remember watching TV during the daytime when Glenn orbited earth, I was 6. But my Dad was home, an unheard of thing during the datime. I remember TVs in the classroom for most NASA missions, back when projector film strips were cutting edge. Also remember sitting in my Grandparents living room and watching entralled the coverage of the first lunar landing. I watch the Apollo mission through Middle and High School with great interest. I can tell you what I was doing when both shuttle accidents ocurred. However, I think until the US economy is firmly back on its feet NASA needs to stay with modest goals and cost.

I think it has hit a plateau after many long time shooters, picked up .22s similar to their self defense or duty guns to allow them to practice and train cheaper. Or just replaced our old Fudd guns. With the cool factor in the new .22s I think they'll pick back up as more gun clubs and ranges start offering faster paced competitions to take the new fun guns into account. I also believe Americans are leery of spending disposable income because of the uncertainty of our economy still.

With what you said, and looking at the pocket holsters on their web site, it could be something I'm interested in. BTW I like the flap holster for them!

I can get Stella in the closest Albertsons grocery store. I'd forgot about World Market and we have another very good liquor store near here which carries a lot of imports. Just when I go there I'm always after Chimay or Maredsous 10 Tripel both Belgian Abbey Beers. Glowin I think we'd both end up in prison with an exchange like that. :-[

Sorry caliber up to .45acp, which is the one I train with most, followed by my .308. these are the two calibers I carry concealed.

Who does dry-fire drills? And what to you use as back stop just in case you screwed up and left a live round in a weapon. I go to extremes to make sure I don't goof! Double and triple check, have someone else check, leave all live ammo left in a different room. Still I'd like something as a back stop. Has anyone built one by layering different materials without spending a fortue to stop a round. Or know where plans for one are at.

Looks good should keep it from printing. I have a Galco one for my Kel Tec P3AT but it wouldn't fit the lazer

When I ge to building the covering for our patio I plan to include one of those also.

I don't get gas after dark either, nor go to convenience stores unless absolutely necessary. My step-daughter will always remember the butt chewing she got when I found out she stopped for gas at a convenience store after she got off work around midnight, in the roughest area near here, and the lose of her car for 2 weeks (it actually belongs to me).
