  1. We need a good way to waste some time..... ;D
  2. Cool! I got mine in 92. :thumb:
  3. I admit, I am addicted to flashlights. That being said, I ran across a new-to-me brand several years ago at a gun show in Norman, OK - Nebo. I bought a Red Line flash for $20 and boy was I impressed. Runs on 3 AAA bats, very bright, has a focusing lens and is adjustable. I use it at work daily, and bought another for home use. They also market a smaller one, the CSI that runs on one AA battery - everyone should have one of these. Just found out that they also have great customer service - the front part of my Red Line came unthreaded, and got lost at work. I contacted customer service and they set me up with replacement parts at no charge!! Free!!! Ya don't get that kind of customer service much anymore. Especially for a $20 flashlight. Give em a Look TM
  4. Thanks for posting :thumb:
  5. Both very cool :thumb:
  6. Some of the Colts came as "tactical", they have a free-float hand guard. I just found a 15" Troy Alpha rail on Amazon. With that on, the flash hider will just barely stick out.
  7. I found a few of those in my 9mm brass also.
  8. I turned down the comp about .005" on the last 1.5" of the back end. Fits better, it was tight. I am running the original flash hider now. TM
  9. It comes with a new nut, the Troy rail does not thread on - slips on, twist it & then tighten two screws to lock it down. You can view pics of my install HERE. The Colt's OEM nut has two flats & comes off with a big adjustable wrench, I had a nut socket that fit the Troy's nut, but you can also use a standard AR15 armorer's wrench to tighten it. TM
  10. Can't help you, mine was the M4 version. I put one of THESE on my Colt. Any of the air soft rails will fit the Colt. Mine is very high quality, no complaints. TM
  11. +1, Thanks Smurf!
  12. Dude! I have always been a cowGIRLS fan. Always.
  13. I stopped by the Gunder Mtn. store in Toledo today, they have tons of .22lr ammo. Federal & Winchester. I bought a brick of Federal 40 gn solid for $24.90, and a can (325 rds) of Federal 36 gn hp for $19. (Limit 1 per customer) I see that as a good sign. :thumb:
  14. Yeah, they were pretty bad, but at least they aren't the Cowboys...... ;D
  15. And so little money?? Welcome to the forum.
  16. Howdy!
  17. Well, sounds like the food was much better than the game. Just who were those folk in the Denver uniforms?

    Mommy

    ;D
  19. I got one for Shotgun News, my Sweetie gets it for me. It is really not expensive. The "invoice" I received in the mail was for hundreds of $$ for a one year renewal.
  20. What is your favorite munch for game time? I am fond of hot wings. Also making teriyaki chicken thighs and perogies. (Need to find an emoticon of a fat guy....) I am rooting for the Broncos this year. I thought is was funny that the Seahawk's leading receiver's mother & grandmother will both be watching the game from prison..... :o
  21. That was good!
  22. Cool, I could go for that. I wonder what the mineral rights are here.....
  23. Freaking cold in Ohio, and freaking NOAA just stated that 2013 was one of the warmest freaking years on record. Lying freaking bastards. >:( Surprisingly, our local freaking liberal newsrag just had a frontpage piece about how fracking has saved the day in Ohio for heating fuel, otherwise no one could afford to heat their homes. Normally, they are against fracking because it benefits "big oil" or some BS. :o
  24. Sweet! Good shooting Doug. I have not been to the range this year .....40 mph winds and snow today. 45 mph winds and snow tomorrow. :o
  25. Long thread on Ohioan's for C. Carry, that the Wounded Warrior Project declined to be on Gun Talk because it's about guns. Funny, because many firearms companies donate to WWP. Thread had lots of info, the CEO pulls down a nice salary, big admin and advertising costs, not so much to wounded vets. Waiting for media to pick it up. :o
