We saw a lynx in West Virginia several years ago, a beautiful creature, large with tufted ears. It looked at us a few seconds and then ''puff'' back into the woods....A bobcat was shot about a mile from us here in Va. about five years ago. Pissed me off, these things are rare and beautiful, killing them accomplishes no purpose I can think of.

what are these holes for in the rail?
rodent.22 replied to sideshow99's topic in Colt Umarex General
Perhaps after the rail is sized for length, the hole is put thru to be able to move the part on the CNC machine to finish off the grooves, etc. -
Well I put about 30 rounds of 555 Winchester thru the rolling block. It is different to say the least. A great arm if you want a box of .22 ammo to last a month....LOL I really LIKE it, you spend a few seconds doing the rolling block thing, but it helps you concentrate.

21rides2rule- Hi! I absolutely LOVE the 15/22 Pistol. Everyone who has handled it or shot it has had a SMILE on their face, without exception. It is quite accurate, and a real leadslinger, if you are so inclined. The polymer construction is very clean and detailed, with no detectable wear after several thouand rounds. No issues whatsoever....

The way the chamber is soldered to the barrel and tensioned into it's proper position and held there by the flash hider I doubt that any meaningful change to the tension set-up is do-able unless the lower receiver was redesigned. A lower receiver with provisions for a screw-in barrel would be required. The outer barrel shell on the Colt serves as a lower receiver extension, enabling the inner barrel and chamber to be tightened up into the receiver from the front, rather than being threaded into position at the rear of the barrel. Hope this makes sense to you....

Back long ago with a separate coil and points ignition system a coil could heat up and start acting up as you describe. Shut the car down, let the coil cool down and it would run great until it was started and heated up again.
