TM could it be made from steel? A 1/4'' drive socket could be cut down easily to size, since the 1/4'' drive is already punched. How tall (or long)is the part? .....Gary

Yeah when I lived in El Paso the fences were concrete block....and the roofs were gravel with the yards being mostly gravel. Didn't mow much but it was hell on the rake. :laugh:

The lower receiver is aluminum, I switched mine out, no issues. The Colt is accused of being all pot metal, blah, blah on many internet boards. In fact it is a purposely-built .22 rifle made by Walther in Germany for it's parent company UMAREX. Built under license from Colt.
