Fired off a box of this 333 today, freshly cleaned Colt/Umarex OPS- after 250 rounds the bolt face and forward chamber end was so dirty the bolt was COMPRESSING the crud causing FTE'S and failure to seat completely. When changing magazines I had to seat the first round with the charging handle. I'll keep a can of spray cleaner handy from now on....
Guys I was watching some sort of manufacturing show the other nite( I think) LOL .22 rimfire was being loaded, 1200 rounds a second....wonder why we get a few FTF's....
Thanks- a flash suppressor is totally legal except for a couple of states and localities that define a threaded barrel as an ''evil feature''. A noise suppressor ( read SILENCER or functioning CAN) is totally illegal unless as Madhouse explained a tax stamp is obtained. This is not automatically approved, you must go thru a process besides the tax payment.
To heck with the licence, Congrats on the Rifle!!! As a native-born son of the Lone Star State I must insist that you get yourself a nice single-action .45 caliber HANDGUN. Get you a pickup truck, lay the pistol on the dashboard and hang the rifle in the back window. Start dipping Scoal and spitting in an old Dr. Pepper can with the end cut out. this will endear you to all the cowgirls in Texas, as they all do the SAME!!!!LOL Heck, just move over on the shoulder when someone wants to pass, everyone will think you are a native son....
