  1. Outstanding! Photos when you get it done please.
  2. Inspire me to do what? Already had a good BM this morning and I'm feeling light and fast. ;D
  3. Rodent, when I look at this photo all I can think is "poor fence post "
  4. Man, that's a fine looking old Savage. I thought we turned off rodent's photo posting button!
  5. Man I love those old Savage pumps.
  6. Those old Remingtons shoot like a dream if in decent shape. Congratulations.
  7. How about a beautiful aluminum jewelry box for her fine jewelry. http://www.wayfair.com/Uttermost-Chiavari-Box-19354-UM8075.html?refid=FR49-UM8075
  8. And you end up with a cartridge firing revolver without a 4473 paper trail. :thumb:
  9. Crime constantly and diligently seeks a victim.
  10. Holster is gonna be a bear. For sure though Mike, if your little sister catches a chest cold it's gonna be a major illness.
  11. Aww...you stocking up on pistols for your little sisters? ;D JK I own two 9mm 1911s myself.
  12. Welcome Sir M. What do you plan to use this rifle for?
  13. Pleased to meet you.
  14. Damn Rodent...that looks good. :thumb: And as a pleasant surprise, no ugly fat broad photos. ;D
  15. Any excuse to buy a firearm is a good excuse.
  16. I like that guy.
  17. I don't know...she's kinda hot.
  18. Welcome Butters. Great looking paint job.
  19. The 617 8.375" is even heavier than the L-framed 8.375" I believe because of the tiny bore in the full profile barrel.
  20. I've owned two. A 617 4" six shot and a 617 8.375" six shot and both were beautiful revolvers. The 8.375" had very tight chambers that required cleaning every 20-30 rounds before the empties began sticking. I now own three k framed .22lr revolvers and all three shoot rings around the 617s. A mod 17 8.375" a mod 17 6" and a mod 18 4". The barrels are just too heavy on the 617s IMO.
  21. Fantastic.
  22. That's a good laugh to start the day with. :thumb: Gives a whole new meaning to the thumbs up emoticon doesn't it?
  23. Extremely
  24. It's them damned hidden compartments that are causing all the problems. I bought a 1964 Impala in 1971 and after driving it 6 months I discovered a factory hidden compartment in the console. You opened it by pushing down on the front of the console. Don't drive any '64 Impalas through Ohio.
