LMFAO ... :beer: I like the 20 round mags to keep a lower weapon profile ... with the Magpul L-plate installed, they aren't too tough to remove with the "vice-like finger grip" method! >:D Yessir Micro ... FNH tri-rail it is. I have a Monolith as well but it is in need of repair(broken upper locking ears). I like the FNH rail but it's a bit weighty ... close to 2 lbs. Once I get the factory FH removed, barrel cut and threaded, AAC Brakeout pinned and welded in place and the AAC 762SD can mounted, the excess weight will be a moot point though. ::)

Update: The GSG lower is currently with Bill Springfield getting "tuned". I'll give a range report after I get it back together and out to do some shooting.

Something tells me that the recent SNAFUS with the lawsuit and recalls may have taken a bit of a toll. I still love my SD and continue to mod it to suit me. :thumb:

Went to purchase a better CC holster for my P220 but left with new leather AND IRON! :o S&W M&P 45C ... I've been wanting one for some time but for the price the shop was asking, I couldn't leave this one alone. :grin: Range report to follow ... probably get out next weekend.

The weight gain was very minimal ... 0.8oz to be exact. That'll work until a "real" can can go on the SD! :thumb:

Wow ... I am VERY impressed with ATI's performance through the SD fiasco! I shipped my barrel shrouds on March 19th, they received them on March 26th and I got them back today; April 7th! Pretty damn good turn-around in my eyes. :thumb: The barrel shrouds look virtually identical to the ones I shipped off to NY ... they aren't much heavier either. I'll get an actual weight tomorrow at work but I'm guessing they only gained an ounce or 2?

URBAN ERT or Gear Sector ASP are 2 of my favs for single point. Viking Tactics, Gear Sector GS2P or Blackhawk CQD for 2-points.
