asmurff Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 I picked this up yesterday, it is a WE TSD airsoft gas operated 1911. It is almost identical in size and weight to my Citadel 3.5" 1911 it will let me practice certain drill at home, plus I can shoot it a home also.
bdavison Posted October 27, 2010 Report Posted October 27, 2010 Ive got a S&W Sigma airsoft pistol. Im not sure who it was made by. It can run off of either green gas in the magazine, or CO2 from an external tank. With the CO2, it will put one of those plastic bbs through both sides of a soda can. They are pretty handy for plinking around the house.
asmurff Posted October 27, 2010 Author Report Posted October 27, 2010 I use propane or can use the green gas also.
asmurff Posted October 27, 2010 Author Report Posted October 27, 2010 I spent since spring working very hard on my rifle shooting and learning to compete in the Tactical .22 matches I severely negelected my pistol shooting and the week before last when I went bo could you tell it.The airsoft is the same size and weight as my concealed carry and the trigger pull is very close also, plus the ammo comes at $14 per 3000 pellets lol.
Alfa One Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 Love it! This weekend (on sunday) I'm going to a gun show (although you can not buy real weapons, except real old ones) in the french speaking part of Belgium. I'm going to buy myself a GBB pistol as well.I'm going to look for a Sig P226, a cool 1911 , a Beretta or a Five-Seven model. If for once we have an advantage I should tell you as well. I'm glad we don't get that silly orange thing on the airsoft weapons. Ours can have the real look.If I got one I will upload the pic (as well one of my M4 with the 20rd-magazines, which I got since yesterday).
Microgunner Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 asmurff, Does the slide reciprocate on that new airsoft while firing?
asmurff Posted October 29, 2010 Author Report Posted October 29, 2010 Yes the gas blows it back and even gives it a bit of recoil so plinking with it is a bit more realistic.
Microgunner Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 I've been thinking of one of those and ever since I found out the pellets are biodegradable (won't have to rake the up on the lawn) I may buy one. How you liking yours?
asmurff Posted October 29, 2010 Author Report Posted October 29, 2010 It is fun to shoot and I only have to go as far as the garage.
