I'm Rob and live in Billings. Both me and my daughter enjoy shooting. With the rising cost and availability of ammo in the recent years, I've gone from two 22s up to nine now. A Ruger 10/22 and a High Standard HD Military were my starters. I have since added, a AR conversion kit to swap around in my AR types. a dedicated 22 AR I built from parts. a GSG-5PK. a Walther P22. an old 3-screw Ruger  Single-six. a Ruger Charger. and my latest is a Ruger 22/45RP that I just put a Pac-lite upper on. They all are mostly used for recreational shooting, that way we can go shoot all day and still be able to afford to buy some food for dinner.

I'm glad I found this site. It looks like a great community of people with common interests.

I am very happy with it. The main reasons I went with the Pac-lite upper was weight, threaded, I like the fluting, and looks in general. As far as gaining performance, the quality of the Ruger upper is also excellent so not so much. But I didn't lose any either. I have noticed with the lighter weight I am quicker on target, so that"s another plus.

Both uppers take whatever I feed it with no problems.
