Madhouse
Unfortunately it's raining ASH. There is a pair of wildfires to our south, moving north through George Bush Park, which is a huge parcel of land. I am not pleased seeing this ash rain down though. We're keeping an eye out for embers. :o
asmurff
Hopefully it will just be ash, don't leave it on the vehicles to long it is a pain to get off after it dries.

Madhouse
175 firefighters and countless rigs out there last night, I think they controlled it pretty well. They were going to airdrop some water late, but it got dark and they scrapped the mission.

Madhouse
It actually came down pretty hard here, for quite a while. Then it was light drizzle off and on the rest of the day.
Madhouse
Not sure if you're getting any on your side of town Tal, but it's raining pretty solid again here this morning. :thumb:
asmurff
Glad to hear you're getting some rain. This is the time of the year we get most of our rain in NM, but it better get busy if we are even going to come close to our average (8-10 inches).
