imschur
So we had crippling snow in October and since then not a flake. A lot of rain, that trend still continues. It has been incredibly mild with most days in the mid 40's and up. I dont ever remember a stretch from Thanksgiving to New Years this mild. Looks like next week we will see our coldest temps of the season so far. Still no snow in sight. So far so sign of last winters heavy snowfall trend repeating itself. Tal
I was expecting the worse when I was up your way, and was pleasantly surprised. Still had to walk my A$$ off, but after my 3rd trip to Arlington cemetary in 30 years, I finally made it to the top of the hill and toured Robert E Lee's mansion. It was worth it.. 8)

asmurff
Crazy temperature swings in one day are the norm during the winter here. Week before Christmas it was in in the low to mid teens every morning, but often would make it into the 50s by late afternoon.
