When I wasin the Air Force and stationed in Clovis, NM Lubbock was our party town. We never worked passed noon on Fridays, then a quick change into civvies, into Scotties van and off to the races.  Very nice place.

I'm from northern Maine, about 15 miles off the Canadian border.
