advice on what bits to put on an M4 ops .22?

I've got one and I don't want to spend too much more, still half of the fun of these things is to jazz them up.

I was thinking millet DMS, burris peppr mount, a command arms mount for a surefire 6P i have spare

Some OD rail covers and a OD mil spec magpull MOE

Anything else you think i should have for a 50 yard plinker? that wants to grow up to be a proper black rifle hahahaha

any advice is more than welcome especially on what bits that fit to buy.

I mounted the Walther PS55 scope and a vertical foregrip on mine. Probably all I'll do to it. May buy a thread adapter for mounting a noise suppressor, maybe.

are the barrel threads on these identical to the M4? curious since i'm looking into a sinister looking flash hider for mine...

No - you need the thread adapter to mount "real" M-4 accessories. It is advertised on the site somewhere - I'll have to find it again.
